And PR rounds may be pretty confusing to new players. If these were regular rounds, I would go with +1. But I'll go with -1 in this case.

As for chat spam, he was muted only once (based on the evidence), which is not enough for a ban in my opinion.

In the morning I’ll check my video but he was also gagged for saying slurs, and every time he killed one of the innocent bystanders he would say, I killed the murderer so I’m pretty sure he knew he was actually doing wrong.
