Toxic behaviour once again

Offender's Name: Go Dagz, now called "Atlanta Thug"

Offender's SteamID: Did leave, had to leave as well but i am sure everybody knowns him.

Potential Witnesses: Cardio, as he had to look up who random killed me with a prop during round start

Reason to Ban: Toxic behaviour, targeting and constant harassing me in chat or in PMs, lying about his harassment when asked to stopped.

Right after trying to prop kill me, ignoring my warning to stop, this comes up

Story

I told him multiple times to stop PMing me with texts like "haha mad loser hahah" or other rather intelligent messages. During normal gameplay i had numerous encounters where he would make sth up, shot me and than claim "he t baited" or "he shot me". As i have no screenshots,i wont include this into the stated reason on why i would like to see him banned.

However, it adds to the reason why he is toxic. Constant harassment either ingame chat or after i die with PM and after asking him to stop he will act as nothing happened.
Same today. I start the round as a T. No 10 seconds pass and he spots me, starts attemps to prop kill (fails) and after warning him Kylo Ren did actually prop kill and got slayn for that. After this, like 5 s after, PMs start raining down in my chat.

I have tried numerous times to settle this in a normal manner only to receive another insult or him and meemo or aethor trying to get me killed once more or t baiting in order to justify them to kill me again.

This is far beyond "a little joke" as i just see this as targeting and harassment. And this is only from a span of 30 min on server. Now you can imagine what i get during a 2 hour time.

I have no idea of Wurst was doing anything PRIOR to this happening that possibly led to it, but in case he did, before people start bringing up the classic "he was asking for it" argument, downright bullying someone in public chat and private message is NEVER okay. If you ever feel the need to resort to harassing someone to resolve your issues with them, please learn some conflict resolution skills and go elsewhere in the meantime.

What do i have to do with this again? im banned yet it seems you can never stop talking about me over that one round i killed you in self defense you always try to act like the victim also love the irony of how you were saying i always go whine to the forums and constantly harass you

It was my mistake for originally telling you it was Atlanta Thug that propkilled you on your T round when it was really someone else. I did not watch the death scene all the way through to see that someone else had immediately picked up the barrel (that Atlanta Thug had thrown) to kill you and I believe it just made this situation worse after I told you to report him so I could slay. I do, however, think that this report should solely be for the reported person and not involve anyone else that isn't in relation to the proof you have given us. This will be handled by the upper staff at some point.

Its the reason why i only report him for his behaviour from today and did not include the games prior to this day or map as well as not reporting meemo or aethor, but only him.
