I've only recently become a semi-regular to the server and you've handled a lot of the problems that come through, you're incredibly active. And you have fun! And you make it fun! You bring people in and just have a blast with it. You know when you need to be serious when situations arise and deal with them accordingly which I really like.

Norm is fantastic. 
Active, fun to play with, yet firm when he's needed. Norm has been such an asset to murder, it's a no-brainer that he would be a mod one day.

Nah, for real, Norm exemplifies murder staff. He is almost always on whenever I go to play, and he is a true professional at the top of his staffing game.
While Norm is tolerant of newer player's behavior, giving plenty of opportunities for players to play the game properly, he is more than happy to bring down the slay hammer on RDMing when it is clear the RDMing will continue to be intentional and unwarranted.
He has been tremendously helpful to me as I continue to get "better" at playing murder, and is always teaching me and other players new tricks.
He makes you feel welcome to the server, whether you are a guest or staff from another server.
He made me go broke due to the large number of keys i had to buy, for all of the crates he gave me when I joined.

Pehaps most importantly, he is a strong advocate for murder here in the forums and elsewhere. This is in no doubt part of the reason why Dink's murder server is close to being in the top 10 murder servers.

Norm exemplifies murder, and is absolutely a great choice for upper staff. He has been a test moderator for a short while, but he easily passes the test.
Even if Murder wasn't a bit short on staff, Norm's abilities as staff would be of great use to the Murder community.
Give Norm his moderator role so he may bring murder to the next level.

You've been there for the server and community through pretty much all the ups and downs in the last year, you've been a huge help to me in helping keep the server a safe and fun place to play! You're very active, very helpful to new and old players, and help keep the server going.

Norm should be promoted to Moderator and since it hasn't been that long, I'll pass that along to Dink too. You are the biggest advocate for the server, play more than anyone else, maintain a balance of fun and control, and always keep us apprised of issues that arise via our staff server.
