(moments after I got in and started to record them for ghosting, little trusted trying his best, I tried to get him to serve his round, he almost did until he left and came back to target the two again, mostly StayWoke, Lunar, and Mini)

Other: I was originally pinged with @ PH On-Call Staff to watch some ghosters which I was watching but the whole mess was going on during that, swapped from watching them for ghosting to trying to diffuse the situation the best I could with what little I was provided when I got in. The two getting harassed did not help either with their antagonizing which dragged it on. From what I gathered the little group(main 4 listed) started doing stuff in backyard, carried it onto crashhouse (main 2 offenders), then proceeded to start some sort of argument about governments, laws, stereotypes, etc with the other pair. I am unsure of who started it exactly, I do not have the evidence to prove who did.
It kept happening, I am sure he was told to serve his round before he just leaves and comes back, missed warnings, continue his toxic trolling. The other two constantly on my case about not banning him and kept fueling the fire. (Should of gagged/muted them in hindsight but got distracted)
This was their second ban, the first one was for Trolling.
This was more of a mess than necessary and I needed an bigger adult,
