I would say +1 if the actual reason did state bhop scripts or something along those lines, but it doesn't and as far as I can tell there is no way to actually prove if it was just a bhop script that you were banned for or genuine cheating. So I'll have to say -1 until someone can prove that it was for just bhop scripts, because I am a firm believer that cheaters should never be unbanned.
