reasoning for this
it would not deter the gameplay at all as the item is entirely unreliable and requires closeness, so it can't be used to just rdm ts easily or anything, but it incentivizes people to get close to other players to do it because it's not a weapon they usually had so some psychological stuff basically, but it would have potential to make rounds shorter and more fun while having very few negatives in the actual game
