I'll handle this.

Though I really want to ban him spite his name, I'm not sure there is enough evidence to ban this player. He may have seen Ask sniping the Detective, the logs are 1-2 seconds apart. My gut feeling is that he saw Ash shoot the detective here.

No punishment will be handed out to the reported player.
