Fix the Vector

I don’t know why it was switched to 5 shot burst from full auto but it should be full auto. If it was considered OP I think a small damage nerf would still be better.

my idea was better i said to make it a switch you can switch from auto or burst so you have a choice to use a working gun or dogshit
