Hey Billy here and I just want to apologise for my inappropriate comments on the server this evening and I'm humbly asking for any discretion that is available to me. I know the rules to the server and slipped up and violated those rules without thinking and I'm just hoping for another chance because I've been coming to this server for a very long time and I just don't wanna say goodbye to you guys. I realize that whatever happens will happen but I'm really holding out for a second chance. Thank you for your time.

Secondly, I don't think you know the rules, considering from what I've seen and experience, we've had to warn you verbally and with awarns to have you not break these rules. Now, they aren't as egregious as they seem since they have been micspams and everyone micspams from time to time, but pedophilic comments should be common sense on what not to joke or comment about. I think that this ban is fine how it is, since our community does not tolerate these types of behaviors.  I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt that it was a genuine mistake and that you won't make it again. I personally think that if your appeal gets accepted, that you come back and read the rules for our server. If your appeal gets denied, I would recommend the same and advise you to read the rules with your time away. 

But for this, I'm at a -1. With the evidence Skullfire provided, I don't think that you should be unbanned considering that horrendous statement you said. Even if it was a joke, which in this case, it was pretty much a terrible joke or just a weird statement, it's not acceptable to allow this.

I agree with Slater's comments about the whole situation. The whole thing was just a messed up "joke" and is not allowed here. We take these "jokes" and comments very seriously. I am currently at a -1 as well and believe that a break will do you well.

This statement seems to be relevant. It is of course open for debate. I was referencing the Justin Roiland accusations (an indirect reference to the topic from an instance elsewhere, as stated in the above) in a Rick Sanchez voice. I never received a verbal warning either, again, the relevance of that is of course open for debate. Don't know some of the ins and outs as well as you guys but I'd like to cover all the bases I can. I'm not here to argue. I would like to apologise again for my off color comments that genuinely were inappropriate and I deeply regret offending anyone. Yes, people were talking about the topic but talking about the topic and making a comment like you did are very different. They were just talking but you decided to make the comment that you did. I do not believe they even mentioned anyone about pedo stuff as you did. The way you added to the conversation was not indirectly talking about a topic.

This stipulation is quite murky to be honest. The vernacular is not so clearly defined here. Not sure what it means to "indirectly" talk about something from instances elsewhere, but I believe referencing an allegation concerning Justin Roiland having may or may not told a minor what she should or shouldn't do when she becomes legal age is as indirect as it gets. Not a direct reference to any act or type of media, but I understand the volatile nature of the subject and truly regret any offense I have caused.

I don't recall ever indicating that I didn't know what I said. I wouldn't refer to an unban appeal as dragging anything out either. I've been through this board and seen many people with less stringent bans for doing much worse. I'm asking for a half inch of leniency. I'm not "dragging it out".

Confused by some of the arguments here, as Mr. bill is welcome to appeal his ban. He's not really arguing the facts, but is looking for any form of leniency, which now that he is banned will be at the admin's discretion.

Comments from what I heard were definitely ban worthy though, we don't have much of any tolerance for sexual jokes, especially when specifically made about 14 year olds. In context I could see how this comes out as overbearing trolling, but this wasn't worthy of just a verbal warning. We don't verbally warn folks for using hacks or posting porn in discord, neither should this be worthy of such.

You don't have a clean record though. You have 3 prior recorded warnings for micspam and evading staff action. Just throwing this out there too, that those should have been clear indications that your behavior in general violated server rules.

I agree that I don't have the cleanest record, I wouldn't attempt to hide that.

Staff evasion is a tough call to make considering logging off before receiving a slay to make a sandwich and logging back on to immediately be slayed is evading anything. Of course those decisions were up to the staff either way. Don't have the clearest recollection of what transpired there anyways.

Ultimately, if those were the only issues, we wouldn't be here. Straight up, I just really want some sort of reduction. Not expecting to be unbanned any time soon. I just want to play on the server again sometime. I have a lot of memories here.
