What can you do to help the community?: I would like to watch for trollers, Ghosters, cheaters using aim bot etc., to keep the game fair and enforce the rules properly to have a clean fun on the PH server. 

Why do you want to help the community?: I have been following and Understanding how to do Moderator Role. I have been stepping forward since I have been taking advices seriously now. I am ready to be a Moderator and accept my duties as one as I know the protocols and the rules and ban times for certain rule breakers

How did you find us?: Friend of mine was playing this game and told me about it. So I thought I buy the game and give it a try since then I have been hooked on PH and I love it!

Other: I believe that I have stepped up to my standards, and Enforcing the rules properly. I also took advice from previous app of standing up and watch the servers more for rule breakers etc., I do believe that I have adjusted for the rule of Moderator Position.

Its a big movement and from what I've seen as a player. You supply alot of ban requests and catch alot of these hooligans when you are on. I supply alot of baddies when you're on and It would be helpful if your status was at the next level where they could be taken care of on the spot. Chief you're an awesome T-mod from the moment I've played along with you, I knew you were great at it. I hope to continue enjoy your company and your help on the server. Be our Senpai Mod +1 from me.

You know where bros but in this review From what Ive gathered from my time playing with you there are pros and cons. Pros / Your reliable and carrying towards new players and you settle trolls really well. You make alot of ban request and tend to follow protocols.


Cons I think your language towards players in chat could be lowered and to be more relax.


Overall your a great guy and I think your hearing problem shouldn't be an issue cause Donors and Staff tend to help with the Mic spammers.

You do know the rules, that cannot go into question.
However, do you follow them? No.
You also talk to players that are trolling or etc in an extremely disrespectful way.

It is not okay to do this, and this isn't the first time I've jumped onto you for talking to someone like this.
I do not feel you are mature, nor ready for moderator still yet.
You still miss ghosters and hackers unless players are pointing it out to you.

You need more time as tmod. You need to be able to catch onto ghosters/hackers more.
As a moderator, you're pretty much final say on things on server, and we cannot have a moderator, thats going around telling people to pull their head out of their ass.
I hope you learn from this, and learn to talk to players better, and learn to follow the own rules you enforce on others, better.
You'll get it eventually, but not until you're better.

+1 from what I have experienced when playing with you is that each time you are capable to improve more and I think that now! is the time that you are ready to become it, such a wonderful person, very helpful on the server and always there to watch the server for a bit before you play your other games and it would be a great addition to the moderators.
