Alright, so this one goes out to all of the staff on ph that do this.
Including me, smh I do this all the time.
When you warn someone, you punish them after the warning if they continue.
But then you forget TO punish them, mainly I am talking about team switching.
I have forgotten to slay MULTIPLE times, including a time yesterday.
Whoever does this, including me. Maybe just ensure you're doing the job correctly.
It will take the time to remember, but I ensure we can probably start remembering more frequently.
Also, when we punish, sometimes we forget to UN-punish.
For example, if you mute/gag someone for something, it is likely to forget to unmute/ungag them after a round or whatever time frame.
This can come off as unorganized, and a dysfunctional staff team.
Therefore, bringing me to my conclusion, we all need to remember to do these things.
Over muting/gagging can be a sign of disrespect to the server, and forgetting to do punishments can cause an uproar between staff and players arguing.
All though we can get distracted sometimes, we just need to try to remember.
